Service Overview We provide translation of your psychological test reports from Japanese to English. A psychological test report is a document in which qualified professionals conduct tests on the intellectual and physical development of children and adults, analyze the results, and report them in a professional manner. We can translate reports conducted by any institution. Applicable psychological tests include: WISC-V, WISC-IV, WAIS-IV, Kyoto Scale of Psychological Development, Tanaka-Binet Intelligence Scale. We can also translate related documents. We want to receive the test results in English to aid in future child-rearing How to Use the Service 1.Take a Psychological Test and Obtain the Report Visit nearby institution conducting the test. Example: Child Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Psychological Clinics, Child Consultation Offices in your municipality. Note: Please check with the testing institution in advance whether the "test report will be issued in writing." The report must include "numerical results, graphs, and examiner's observations." If you have already got a report at hand, you can start from the next step below. You can use the service just for testing, or combined with report translation. 2.Apply for Translation We can translate the following test results: WISC-V, WISC-IV, WAIS-IV, Kyoto-Scale of Psychological Development, Tanaka-Binet Intelligence Scale. Additional time and fees may apply. 4.Delivery of Translation It will take about a month from your request. Delivery will be via email. About Fees The fees consist of a "basic fee per report" plus "additional charges based on character count." If you wish to shorten the delivery time, an additional fee will apply based on the urgency. For details, please see the table below. Please feel free to request an estimate first. Information on "Testing and Translation Package" We offer a comprehensive service that includes conducting the psychological test, creating the result report, and translating the report. The fee is fixed for the package (see the table below). We also accept translations of related documents.
